Featured Property Manager Ad Placements cost just $189 for three months, per geographic area, in addition to the Premier Listing fee. That’s just about $60 a month to guarantee your placement will be at or near the top of your prospects’ search results.

Featured Placements are pre-paid and non-cancelable. There is a limit of four placements per State, Metro area and County at any given time. Only Premier listings are eligible to be upgraded. Placements do not automatically renew and existing Featured property managers must wait 7 days to renew if all four placements are taken at the time a placement expires.
