How do I list my Property Management company in the RentList directory?

It’s easy. There are two ways to get listed. If you want to post it quickly, click here and in less than 15 minutes you can be promoting your business on RentList.com. Or, you can call your Rentals.com sales representative and s/he can arrange to have it created for you.

How much does RentList cost?

Click here to see all the different RentList listing options and their prices. Once you sign up for a listing it will run month after month until you cancel it.

How do people contact me if they are interested in my Property Management services?

There are two ways people can contact you concerning your services. Potential customers can call you directly by using the phone numbers you have provided in the listing. To send you an email, the potential cusomer can complete the “Request Information” form in the listing. (Your email address is not displayed anywhere on the site.) When this form is submitted, an email will be sent to the contact email address you provided. You will receive an email with "Inquiry from RentList" in the subject line.

You can also view your email replies from the last 60 days by logging into RentList and clicking the “Account and billing Status” button.

Why can’t I be billed for my RentList listing?

Currently we’re only set up to take major credit cards or eChecks.

How do I cancel my RentList listing? Can I get a refund for the remaining time in this month’s listing?

In order to cancel, please contact Customer Support via email or the phone number above. We do not offer refunds for partial months. Your listing will run until the end of the current month, once you’ve cancelled, unless you request that it be removed immediately.

I’ve forgotten my user name and/or password. What to I do?

Your RentList.com username is the email address you used when registering. If you forget your password click Forgot your user name or password on the login screen and it will be emailed to you, or dial 1-888-501-RENT(7368). We're here to answer your questions Monday through Friday 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM Eastern Time.

How can my listing appear at the top of State, County or Metro search results pages? What is a Featured Placement and how does it work?

First, log in to your account, click to the Geographic Area page and make sure that you have designated all of the states, counties and metro areas where you do business. Then sign up for a ‘Featured Placement’ by clicking on the checkbox to the right of the location. Featured placements cost $189 for three months for each location. There is a limit of 4 featured placements per location. Featured placements are not automatically renewed. If all four slots are occupied when your placement expires you must wait 15 days before renewing in that location.
